Low changed - Jelly fish Lake

Palau govement had changed low reagarding Jelly fish Lake. They required tour guide to Jelly fish Lake. But we sometime do not have guied on the way back to Koror. So we can not promise to stop by Jelly fish Lake on the way to Koror.

Pls understand situration in Palau. Sorry...
